One Man is Redefining How the Event Industry Operates in India

One Man is Redefining How the Event Industry Operates in India

28 Mar 2026

The event industry in India looks glamorous - packed venues, sold-out shows, high energy.

Behind the scenes, it’s a mess.

Broken ticketing systems. Last-minute chaos. Zero control when it matters most.

And for years, everyone just accepted it.

Our Founder, Kenneth Mathews, didn’t.

In 2011, he earned ₹200 renting out a keyboard amplifier for an Axis Bank society activation. It wasn’t a big win, but it was enough to pull him into the world of events. Not the glamorous side—the real side. The side where things go wrong, where organizers struggle to keep everything together, and where systems fail under pressure.

That early exposure turned into years of experience inside the industry.

Kenneth wasn’t building from assumptions - he was watching the same problems repeat at every level. Events were growing bigger, but the way they were being managed stayed outdated. Organizers were forced to rely on multiple tools, manual coordination, and unstable systems just to pull things off.

At some point, it became obvious. The industry didn’t need another platform. It needed structure.

That realization led to the creation of Kulture Labs and the launch of EntryTicket.

EntryTicket is not built like a typical ticketing platform. It is designed as a system that gives organizers something they’ve never truly had - control. From event creation to ticketing, from entry management to real-time tracking, every part is built to remove friction and bring clarity into operations that are usually chaotic.

This is where Kenneth Mathews stands apart. He isn’t solving surface-level problems. He is fixing how the industry operates at its core.

Because when you’ve lived the pressure of events, you don’t build features - you build systems that don’t fail.

Today, as India’s event industry scales faster than ever, the gap between growth and infrastructure is becoming impossible to ignore. And this is exactly where Kenneth is positioning EntryTicket not as an option, but as the backbone organizers will eventually depend on.

Through Kulture Labs, he is building more than a product. He is building the foundation for how events will be managed in the future - structured, scalable, and reliable.

From a ₹200 start to leading a shift in the industry, Kenneth Mathews isn’t just part of the event space anymore.

He’s helping define where it goes next.
