Refunds & Cancellation Policy
EntryTicket acts as a ticketing platform and does not control the policies of event organizers. However, we ensure transparency for all users regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. General Refund Policy
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated by the organizer.
- If an event is canceled, users will be notified and refunds processed as per the organizer’s instructions.
2. Rescheduled Events
In case of rescheduling, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund subject to approval.
3. Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled by the organizer, we will refund the ticket amount within 5–7 business days, excluding convenience fees.
4. No Show or Late Arrival
No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend the event or arrive late, unless the organizer agrees to an exception.
