Refunds & Cancellation Policy
EntryTicket is a ticketing platform that enables customers to purchase tickets for events organized by third-party event organizers. Refunds and cancellations are governed by this policy and applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and digital payment regulations.
1. Are tickets refundable?
- By default, all tickets are final and non-refundable.
- A refund is only possible if the organizer explicitly allows refunds for that specific event.
- If refunds are allowed, the customer must submit a request through EntryTicket before the event date.
2. If the event is rescheduled
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund, which will be subject to the organizer’s approval.
3. If the event is canceled
If the event is canceled by the organizer, you are entitled to a refund of your ticket amount. EntryTicket will process the refund within **5–7 business days** after receiving confirmation from the organizer.
Convenience fees, platform fees, and payment gateway charges may not be refunded unless the organizer specifically agrees.
4. Cashless (Online Payment) Refunds
If you paid using UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet:
- Your refund will be sent back to the **same payment method** you used.
- Refunds usually reflect in your account within **5–7 business working days**.
- Delays caused by your bank or payment gateway are beyond EntryTicket’s control.
- EntryTicket does not keep your money — all payments are processed through regulated Indian payment gateways.
5. On-Site / Box Office Cash Tickets
If you bought a ticket in cash at the venue:
- Refunds (if applicable) will depend on the organizer’s decision.
- EntryTicket does not directly refund cash unless authorized by the organizer.
- Any approved cash refund must be claimed through the event organizer.
6. No-Show or Late Arrival
If you do not attend the event or arrive late, no refund will be issued unless the organizer grants a special exception in writing.
7. Consumer Rights in India
This policy complies with Indian consumer protection and digital payment regulations. In case of disputes, customers may raise a complaint with EntryTicket support before approaching legal channels.
