CocoBrisa to Launch in Viman Nagar as a Day-to-Night Café-Bar Concept

CocoBrisa, a new day-to-night café-bar, is set to open in Viman Nagar this May. Backed by the founders of Magnus Hotels, the venture marks the group’s continued expansion in hospitality, building on 18 years of experience across hotels and serviced apartments.

Positioned as an all-day destination, CocoBrisa is designed to transition seamlessly from a relaxed café setting in the morning to a more social, cocktail-led atmosphere in the evening.

The venture is led by founders Sagar Kusalkar and Gurinder Pal Singh who bring a shared vision along with complementary expertise across concept development, operations, and business strategy. Together, they have shaped CocoBrisa as an experience-first space, balancing design, functionality, and long-term scalability, and building on Magnus Hotels’ existing presence in Pune’s hospitality market.

“Today’s spaces need to reflect how people move through their day,” said Kusalkar. “With CocoBrisa, we wanted to build something that evolves with those moments; equally suited for work, leisure, and social connection.”

Singh added, “From the beginning, we have looked at CocoBrisa as a place guests can build a relationship with over time. The focus has been on creating an atmosphere they recognise and enjoy, whether they discover us through coffee, food, or cocktails.”

CocoBrisa features café seating, social dining areas, and a dedicated bar program, supported by music-led evenings and a planned calendar of events. Together, these elements are intended to position CocoBrisa as a go-to option for both everyday visits and more extended evenings out.

Located in Viman Nagar, a well-established hub for professionals, travellers, and a socially active crowd, CocoBrisa takes its place along one of Pune’s key hospitality districts.
