Introducing StallBook: A Simpler Way to Manage Stall Bookings for Events

14 Mar 2026

For many events like flea markets, exhibitions, and food festivals, stalls are one of the most important revenue sources. Vendors are always looking for opportunities to showcase their products, and organisers are constantly searching for the right vendors to make their events vibrant and diverse.

However, finding the right vendors and managing inquiries can become a time-consuming task. Many organisers receive dozens of messages from vendors asking about stall availability, pricing, and event details. This back-and-forth communication can quickly become overwhelming.

To simplify this process, we built StallBook.

What StallBook Does

StallBook is designed to connect vendors and event organisers more efficiently.

Organisers can list their events and stall opportunities on the platform, allowing vendors who are actively looking for stall spaces to discover them easily. Vendors can view event details and submit their interest directly through the platform.

Once a vendor submits their request, the lead is forwarded to the organiser so they can connect directly and discuss stall allocation, pricing, and other details.

This removes the need for organisers to constantly search for vendors or manage scattered inquiries across multiple platforms.

How StallBook Works Today

At the moment, StallBook primarily works as a lead generation platform for organisers.

When vendors discover an event and express interest in booking a stall, their inquiry is forwarded directly to the organiser. From there, the organiser can communicate with the vendor and finalize the stall booking independently.

This approach keeps organisers in full control of how they manage vendor relationships, pricing, and stall allocation.

Why StallBook Is Structured This Way

One of the most important reasons StallBook currently focuses on forwarding leads instead of handling payments directly is responsibility.

If stall payments were collected through the platform, StallBook would become responsible for processing refunds in case something goes wrong with the event. Since many events involve different organisers, venues, and operational conditions, it is important that financial responsibility remains clearly defined.

By connecting organisers and vendors directly, StallBook helps generate valuable vendor leads without interfering in the organiser–vendor transaction process.

A Message to Event Organisers

From speaking with many organisers, one thing has become clear — finding the right vendors is often harder than managing the event itself.

StallBook is designed to help organisers solve that problem by bringing vendors and organisers onto one platform.

Our goal is simple: make it easier for organisers to find vendors and for vendors to discover great events to participate in.

As the platform grows, we will continue improving StallBook to support organisers better while keeping the system fair and transparent for everyone involved.
