Welcome to EntryTicket! By accessing or using our website, booking tickets, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an event or using the EntryTicket platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you become a registered user.
2. Ticket Purchase Policy
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
- Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented digitally or via QR code for entry.
- Unauthorized resale, duplication, or misuse of tickets is strictly prohibited.
3. Convenience & Platform Fees
EntryTicket charges a convenience or platform fee in addition to the ticket price. This fee covers payment processing, platform technology, and customer support services.
- Convenience and platform fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- The final payable amount, including all applicable fees and taxes, is displayed before checkout.
4. Event Cancellation, Refunds & Deductions
In the event of cancellation of an event, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the event organizer’s refund policy.
- EntryTicket’s commission, convenience fee, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
- The refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable commissions and fees.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business working days.
- EntryTicket acts solely as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for refund delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or the event organizer.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, violate applicable laws, or disrupt the booking process. EntryTicket reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
5.1 Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, damage, overload, or interfere with the platform or its systems.
- Submitting false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized information.
- Using the platform for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or deceptive activity.
- Interfering with event operations, booking operations, customer support, or payment workflows.
5.2 Defamation & Public Misconduct
Users, organizers, vendors, creators, partners, and other platform participants agree not to publish, post, share, forward, or circulate any false, misleading, abusive, malicious, or defamatory statements regarding EntryTicket, its services, employees, directors, partners, vendors, customers, or affiliated entities on any public or private forum, including but not limited to social media, review platforms, messaging groups, blogs, websites, and public comments.
- Any grievance, dispute, complaint, or service issue must first be raised through the official support channels of EntryTicket.
- Publicly spreading false claims, defamatory statements, or reputationally harmful content may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the platform.
- EntryTicket reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, issue notices, seek takedown/removal where applicable, and claim damages for reputational harm, losses, and related costs.
5.3 Complaints & Internal Resolution
Users are encouraged to submit complaints or disputes directly to EntryTicket so that they may be reviewed and addressed through internal resolution channels before any public escalation.
5.4 Suspension, Termination & Enforcement
EntryTicket may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform, deny future service, or take other enforcement steps if any user violates these Terms, including conduct that causes harm to the platform, its reputation, or its users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on EntryTicket, including branding, logos, designs, images, text, and source code, is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
9. Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
